"Have been a customer is State Farm over 30 years. I needed to cash in my policy and easily talked to Eric and he happily told me that he was would promptly send me the forms to fill out. That request was made mid January, it is now almost June and no papers, no forms. Called Eric 7 times: he’s not in today, he is out of town, he will call you back- every excuse to avoid- no response from Eric. Why?!? Is it because his agency refuses to pay out his customer ?!! What else could it be. We contacted corporate operations to get involved. Sweet talk , no actions. For every month delay the payout diminishes. Eric ignores his customers in hopes of you giving up or the policy is worth nothing!! Just the kind of crooked and dishonest insurance agent consumers try to avoid. Ironically we get a call from one of his new agents trying to sell us more insurance!! They know when to take your cash then forget you!! I asked to talk to Eric again but he said he would call back. Never did Eric is dishonest and shady and shame on State Fatm to hav this snake represent them"
